Join The Tavern String Band (acoustic guitar/mandolin, electric guitar, upright bass, banjo), hailing from the banks of the Mississippi River in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, for a night of folk music that's steeped in old-timey and the obscure sounds of Americana. A project that started when Alluvial bartender Ben Hoksch met bar owners Pat Igou and Ryan Fox during a three year stint in the area. Special guest and fellow rambler Dylan Harris will hold down the electric guitar for a night of fun.
Joining them for his third time performing at Alluvial will be Marques Morel. He is a Midwestern American songwriter/folksinger, guitar-strummer/harmonica wailer, Street-performer/wandering troubadour, itinerant woodcutter/migrant worker, and a friend to all.
This should be an interesting one.
